To understand the process of how you can use your NDIS funding to purchase a TicTocTrack watch and service plan we have outlined each step of the way for you.

Request a Quote

Visit our “How to apply?” page and complete the Funding Request Form

Step 3

Accept your Quote

We will email you a quote as per your request within 2 working days. To view and accept the quote, simply open the quote via the link in the email and click on the green ‘Accept’ button in the top left.

Step 4

Pay for your watch and subscription (SIM service)

You will be issued an invoice via email and there are three ways you can pay depending on your plan type.

  • Self Managed: You can pay for the watch and subscription via EFTpos using the bank details displayed on your invoice or call us and pay via credit card over the phone.
  • Plan Managed: Your Occupational Therapist or funding organisation can pay for the watch and subscription as above.
  • NDIS Managed: We can submit on your behalf after you have provided consent for us to do so.

Step 5

Setting up your Account

Once payment has been received, you will be emailed a form to complete which will gather your account information, watch colour and details of where to send the watch.

Step 6

Receiving your watch

Once we have received your completed form in step 5, we will set up your account and watch and dispatch within 2 business days. When your watch is on its way, you will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number as well as your set up instructions.
