If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or perhaps you have simply decided our solution is not for you,
we offer a 14 day change of mind refund policy*. Please see the simple steps below for obtaining a refund under this policy.
As is indicated by the title of our policy you must contact us within 14 days from receipt of your delivery either by phone, email or via an online chat to let us know you would like a refund. We will then make a record of this and send you a confirmation email with the address of where to send your goods back to.
Once you have received the confirmation email from us, please package up your watch in its original packaging and be sure to include all supplied accessories such as the charger and screen protectors. Failure to include all accessories or to send back in its original packaging will affect your refund amount.
Finally post the watch back to us either via Australia Post or Courier. Return shipping fees are to be borne by the sender and we take no responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit so recommend you send it back using a method that includes tracking and or insurance.
*Note: The 14 days start from the date of delivery as recorded by the Australia Post Express Post tracking record sent to you in your original set up email from us. As such we encourage you to open and test/begin use of your watch once received to ensure it meets your expectations. The first months SIM plan, postage and any additional accessories purchased are not eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and made within 5 business days of receiving your watch and confirming it is still in its original condition. Any returns outside of the 14 days will be reviewed against our 12 month manufacturers warranty a copy of which can be found here.
